Cultural Competency
Mulga Gidgee has delivered Cultural Competency training and immersion experiences to individuals, small & large groups and whole of government departments including Power & Water Corporation; Department of Corporate and Information Services; NT Parks and Wildlife Service; The Australian Army - NORFORCE unit; WESTPAC Bank and Amnesty International.
Mulga Gidgee is a panel member of the Northern Territory Government Non-Accredited Training & Development Services Provider Panel (D13-005) for all government Diversity training modules.
Governance
Mulga Gidgee offers education, compliance and referral services to Indigenous and Not-for-Profit boards & committee.

One-on-one employment, business development, organisational and cross-cultural mentoring training & services are enabling Indigenous and Non-Indigenous staff and businesses to work better with one another in thriving environments.
Employment
Mulga Gidgee has been a member of several government panels and has provided Indigenous Employment Training, Programs & Strategy and other employment services, to various corporate, community & government clients across Australia. Clients include the Department of Defence and NORFORCE; Ausgrid Pty Ltd; Redfern, Wadeye, Gunyangara & Yirrkala Communities; Voyages Ayres Rock Resort; and NSW State Rail Authority.
Community Engagement & Development
Mulga Gidgee has worked across Australia with many different Indigenous Communities from urban, rural and remote areas across Australia on various community engagement & development projects.
